WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? 

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 days of payment. - We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped and a tracking number has been generated.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Household accessories and most jewelry items should be received within 5 – 9 days of your order date.

Custom-made, personalized products like name jewelry, wall art or apparel might take 2 - 3 business days to be manufactured.

For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer, depending on the destination.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? 

In order to provide you with competitive shipping times, we work exclusively with suppliers based in the United States.

Please keep in mind that the products shipped from the United States, but we cannot guarantee all the parts used for assembly were actually made in the United States.

WHY AM I SEEING 2 OR MORE SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS?

We update tracking numbers manually in different systems at different times. For instance, if you've made your purchase via PayPal, you might see shipping/tracking notification in addition to the one you received a few days earlier.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? 

In some cases, In order to avoid passing on unnecessary costs to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, all our orders are 100% guaranteed to be delivered. So if for some reason you don’t see your order within the time frame specified for your country, let us know and we’ll get to the bottom of it immediately.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID?

Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the USPS system. If you have further questions about your shipment, contact us and we'll help out. However, all shipments are 100% guaranteed to be delivered, as long as you provided the correct address.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, some items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. However, we are trying our best to combine shipments; whenever that is possible, you'll see two or more of your items arriving in the same package. If you have any other questions, please reply to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to help you out.
